I started using vision direct back when it was a /bv company based in netherlands. Contact lenses were often substantially discounted from my local UK based optician. However, that has now changed and my optician is actually cheaper than vision direct so my reason for using them has gone. I will use for occasional emergency use as they are very quick at despatch but as I say, now the expensive option.
I received my package three days later when I was supposed to have next day delivery. Also the parcel arrived damaged.

Fast delivery never any problem only on one occasion a slight problem but vision direct was very obliging and even got a free pack you cannot fault this company

Service was fantastic ordered at approx 10pm and received lenses following afternoon !
I ordered contact lenses, and weeks later I'm still waiting for them. Every day I contacted customer service, who gave me false dates. They added 3 pound credit when I paid a lot more for something I don't know if I'll ever see.
Many inconveniences created considering the type of essential product they sell.
Very unhappy.

Awesome service. Next day delivery and much cheaper than high street brands.
I used to be a regular customer for 10+ years but recently discovered that this company incorrectly charges UK VAT on orders that are purchased from and shipped to a location outside of the UK and the EU. If you order from Dubai where I Iive and I buy one year's supply of lenses for ~ GBP 300, they are basically pocketing a big chunk of money for no reason. It's about GBP 50. Other customers need to be aware of this.
